Founded by a group of like-minded yogis who love to give people more opportunities to explore yoga in the urban city. OUTnamaste aims to encourage and inspire people to learn and lead a healthier lifestyle through yoga and interaction within the community.
We'll be practicing yoga outdoor in different open public places in Singapore! A really good way to explore and enjoy the city view as we salute in harmony to the sun or the moon. Expect flow of yoga postures based on Vinyasa or Hatha to wake up the body and spirit alike. As your breathe and movement merge to stretch the body, allow your mind to be awaken in a perfect mix of workout and deep stretches. All you need to bring is your own mat, a bottle, a small towel (optional) and an open mind to enjoy a 60 minutes yoga!
